In the opening, saxophonists Anna-Sofia Anttonen and Nanna Ikonen (members of the Saxtronauts Ensemble) will perform.

We kindly ask our guests to arrive on time for the opening programme which will begin at 5:15 p.m. Maria’s exhibition will be opened together with Ilona Cutt’s exhibition.

In my recent works, I focus on organic forms in the environment and landscape. I explore nature and its details, which I paint as visual memories. Sometimes, an experience of nature and plants appears in abstract ways, sometimes more concretely. The process is an encounter.
