Vernissage on Tuesday 4.2. 17-19.
My work explores fundamental elements of painting, the relationship between colour, line and form. In experiencing painting I’m interested in spatiality and multi sensorial approaches.
The important factors in my paintings are movement, rhythm, layering and new spaces created by colour. My painting is process-based and through experimentation of different materials I create a series of works. The theme of the latest series is a study on perception and understanding. By using materials that reflect light I have created paintings that don’t have a stable visuality, instead they are in continuous movement according to the viewers standpoint.
